Dragon Slayer
SLAY - Consistency empowers manifestation. The magic you seek is in the work you’re avoiding. The best things in life are on the other side of fear.
Fear takes many forms— fear of not staking up, fear of failure, fear or rejection, fear of embarassment. It’s fear of all things that make us human.
When it comes to goal setting, there will always be some level of fear that they don’t want to admit to. Deep down they know fear is keeping them from doing it.
The things
What do you need to do or learn to accomplish your goals. Instead of sitting and worrying about it, just start doing it. It’s okay to be afraid, that’s fine, just keep working through it.”
The fear you feel is the unknown. Recognize that. It’s okay not to know.
Work towards the knowingness of things instead of being in you head on it. Just start doing it one step at a time.
Learn how to crawl before you walk, walk before you jog, jog before you run, run before you sprint,

benedict cumberbatch reading sol lewitt’s advice is so simple: stop overthinking, let go of fear, and just create. his words remind us that we don’t need to be perfect or ‚cool.‘ we just need to do the work, trust our instincts, and embrace the process.
this very much speaks to my soul space journey. i promised myself to move forward without overthinking. i remember the nerves with my first post—people supported it even though i couldn’t fully explain what it was. i felt like i had to make it make sense for everyone, but then i realized: i didn’t need to explain. i just needed to do.
now, i’m throwing my first event, with no real experience, not even knowing how it will turn out. but my goal this year was to make it real, and here we are. so for anyone doubting themselves: JUST DO. take the leap. trust the process. let it become real.
and this is not only a promise to my friend but also to myself — and i can’t believe i‘m doing it. YAY

In modern slang, "slay" generally means to do something exceptionally well or impressively, often with confidence and style. It can be used to describe a performance, an outfit, or any other accomplishment that is considered outstanding. It can also mean to impress, delight, or amuse with overwhelming force.
Here's a breakdown of the different ways "slay" is used:
1. As a general term for doing something well:
"She slayed her presentation!, "You're slaying that outfit!, and "The band slayed their last song..
2. As a term of admiration or approval:
"That performance was a slay! and "You slayed that exam!.
3. In some contexts, it can refer to a more aggressive or dominant quality:
"She's slaying the competition. and "They're really dominating the market..
4. In historical usage, "slay" can also mean to kill or destroy in a violent way, but this is less common in contemporary slang.
Essentially, when someone "slays," they're doing something exceptionally well, and it's a way of saying they're impressive, powerful, or have achieved something noteworthy.
Stress Management by Taking Action
Stress primarily comes from not taking action of something you can have some control over. As soon as you identify it, and take the first step to address that situation, even if it’s not solved— the meer fact that we’re addressing it reduces any stress that might come from it. Stress comes from ignoring things you shouldn’t be ignoring.
Stress stems from inaction rather than hard work. He emphasizes that identifying the cause and taking even small steps to address it can significantly reduce stress levels, even before the issue is fully resolved.
He points out that stress often arises from ignoring problems. Whether it's sending an email or making a phone call, initiating action creates a sense of control and reduces anxiety, highlighting the importance of proactive problem-solving.
Challenge the notion that hard work causes stress.
People can work intensely and still feel fulfilled, while inaction or uncertainty-like being unemployed without a plan-creates far more stress than the situation itself.
